WE ARE DELIGHTED TO CONFIRM WE ARE STILL OPEN!
Following Government advice patients are actively encouraged to continue to attend routine dental visits, provided they are fit and well. To help prevent further spread of the COVID-19 Coronavirus, we continue to limit access to our premises.
At this time, you will only be able to access the building for a pre-arranged appointment.
We have always taken cross-infection control very seriously. In response to the Coronavirus pandemic we have adopted further preventative measures including:
Enhanced PPE for clinical & non-clinical staff
Protective screens at reception
Hand sanitiser stations for patients as well as staff
HEPA air filtration in all surgeries
Improved ventilation systems in all surgeries
We have a pre-appointment Covid-19 triage system in place and aim to provide most pre- & post- appointment communications by email.
All our practice team are tested twice a week for Covid-19 using Lateral Flow Tests.
If you need to make an appointment or need advice please contact us on 01442 865646 or info@berkhamsteddental.com
Thank you for your patience during these unprecedented times.
Our first priority is treating patients who have experienced problems. This may mean we have less availability for routine appointments in the coming weeks.
Best wishes,
Claire & John
