Dr Nikhil Patel
Nikhil is now one of the co-owners of the Practice. Qualified in 2012 he has experience and interest in cosmetic and implant dentistry. With a Diploma in Implantology from the Royal College of Surgeons, Nikhil enjoys carrying our simple to complex implant cases, including bone grafting and immediate placement. He is also actively involved in mentoring and lecturing implant diploma students.

Dr Kishan Lakhani
As a co-owner of the Practice, Kishan will be keen to expand on his success as one of the Top 150 Invisalign Providers in the World. The clear braces have become a staple of Kishan’s dental care since he became qualified in 2015. Along with two other Practices, Kishan is building a reputation as a thorough, detailed dentist who uses his skills to care for his patients and the wider community.

Dr John O’Grady
Qualified as a dentist at University College London in 1989 and held a number of hospital training posts before working in general practice. In 1994 he completed a Masters Degree in Prosthetic Dentistry. John works as a part time lecturer at Guys Hospital and is accredited by the General Dental Council as a Specialist in Prosthodontics. Prosthodontics is the science and art of replacing missing, damaged or unsightly teeth.
John is a member of the British Dental Association, the British Prosthodontic Society and the British Society for Restorative Dentistry.

Dr Claire Rogers
Qualified as a dentist at University College London in 1990. Claire is a part time lecturer and associate specialist at Barts and the London Hospital School of Medicine and Dentistry. In 1994 she completed a Masters Degree in Paediatric Dentistry with distinction. She has won an international award for her research in children’s dentistry and is accredited by the General Dental Council as a Specialist in Paedodontics.
Claire chose the Speciality of Paediatric, or Children’s Dentistry as she loves working with children. Paediatric Dentistry allows Claire to practice her skills in both clinical dentistry and behavioural management. Claire accepts referrals for children requiring specialist Paediatric Dentistry at the practice.
By providing treatment focused on the needs of each individual child, she aims to make dental visits a pleasant and care free experience for both children and their parents. In this way the commonly held fear of going to the dentist should become a thing of the past. As well as providing care as kindly and gently as possibly, preventative advice and care can be focused effectively to reduce the risks of dental problems occurring in the future.

Dr Phil Mitchell
Philip qualified as a dentist from University College Hospital in 1989 and subsequently completed a Master’s degree in endodontics at Guy’s Hospital in 1996. He has been on the specialist’s list for endodontics (root canal treatments) since 1999 and has had a practice limited to endodontics since 1997. He has lectured widely in the UK and abroad and has contributed to endodontic text books.
Philip is a member of the British Dental Association and the British Endodontic Society. He is a part-time consultant and an honorary senior lecturer at King’s College Dental School.

Along with Ventsi and Kishan, Shree is a fellow Young Dentist of the Year Nominee. Fully qualified and experienced in Invisalign procedures, Shree has begun to move her sights to Facial Aesthetics and Cosmetic Dentistry. Her understanding of chemical peels, medical grade skin care, fillers and ‘Botox’ makes her a true professional in making us look like the best versions that we can be.

Dr Fleur Mumford
Fleur qualified as a dentist at King’s College London in 2004. She went on to complete her speciality training in Oral Surgery at the Royal London Hospital. Fleur is accredited by the General Dental Council at a specialist in Oral Surgery. She combines her time at Berkhamsted Dental Practice with working as a Consultant in Oral Surgery at Queen Mary College, University of London, where she is involved in both under-graduate and post-graduate teaching. Fleur is also an examiner for the General Dental Council and is a member of the British Association of Oral Surgeons.

Hollie joined us in 2018 and since then has brought calm, kindness, and clinical skill to every appointment. With a gentle, reassuring approach, she helps patients feel at ease throughout their visit, making her a much-loved part of the team! Natasha Goodwyn
Natasha is one of the first faces you will see when you arrive at the Practice. Since joining us in 2025 she has established herself as a vital member of the team, fielding calls, booking appointments, following up on lab results and acting as a key point of communication for all our patients. Natasha has also been leading our community relationships and charity efforts, reducing our waste, recycling where possible and developing our network with the local community. Outside of work, Natasha plays hockey for the local club and enjoys cooking in her spare time.

Emily joined us in 2025 and is one of the first friendly faces you’ll see when you visit the practice. She has quickly become a vital member of the team, serving as a key point of contact for our patients and helping ensure clear, welcoming communication at every stage. Emily also manages our social media and networking, sharing valuable information and updates across all areas of the practice. Outside of work, Emily holds a qualification in Personal Training and a degree in Sport and Exercise Science. Emily loves working with people and has a passion for travelling the world!
