If your tooth cannot be saved, we can offer extractions at the practice, both routine and those requiring surgery. For particularly complex extractions such as impacted wisdom teeth we can arrange a referral to our specialist oral surgeon colleague, Fleur Mumford. Fleur can also carry out other surgical treatments such as the removal of cysts and the exposure of buried teeth.
Sometimes children will require extractions as part of orthodontic treatment or if they have badly decayed teeth. We can offer extractions under local anaesthetic at the practice.
